Accommodation facility a stone's throw from the sea in a strategic point to reach the center of Naples and the Phlegraean Fields.
The structure was born as a hotel in the early fifties, one of the first in the city when the B&B phenomenon did not yet exist.
Over the years the entire building has been transformed for residential use until 2019. After a total renovation of the building, it has been restored to its initial function. Given the strategic position and the great enhancement of the area where the structure is located, it was decided to open a small accommodation business, starting with four rooms with bathroom overlooking the sea and two holiday homes.
In addition to the wonderful panorama that the rooms offer, the property is located 50 meters from the Cumana railway terminal, with which you can reach all the attractions of the Phlegraean Fields and in a few minutes the historic center of Naples.
Furthermore, by virtue of the future development plans of the territory, from the Torregaveta pier it is expected that for the future seasons ferries will leave for the islands of Procida and Ischia, now reachable from the Cumana di Pozzuoli railway stop in just 15 minutes.
